Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment for the clean.
If you prefer that we use products you provide, we can usually do that too.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients are not home during service.
You can provide access instructions such as a key, garage code, or door code if needed.
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We offer recurring house cleaning, one-time deep cleans, move-out cleans, short-term rental turnover cleaning, and some commercial cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater Lansing and nearby areas, including places like Williamston, Okemos, Haslett, East Lansing, Lansing, Brighton, and Howell depending on route and availability.
How do recurring cleans work?
Recurring clients usually choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly service.
Weekly means once every week, biweekly means once every two weeks, and monthly means once every four weeks.
We aim for consistency and, whenever possible, assign the same trusted cleaner or team so they get to know your home and preferences.
Do you offer deep cleans for first-time clients?
Yes. A one-time deep clean is often the best place to start, especially if the home needs extra detail work before moving to a recurring maintenance schedule.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the type of service, size of the space, condition, frequency, and any extra needs or add-ons.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 24-hour touch-up window for missed in-scope items.
If something within the agreed scope needs attention, let us know within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
